The Junior line includes:
- Batter production systems;
- Work benches for single-portion cakes with two or three layers, mini rolls, Swiss roll, family roll, sponge roll slices (Girella) and simple or filled cakes;
- Cream production system;
- Aerating mixers with output rates 200, 500, 750, 1200, 1600 Kg/h.
